What I found was a genuine fake LAWSON convenience store, only that it was named PORT STORE (at least that matched the location). People who knows about LAWSON will notice the logo and store’s shape is quite well copied (you can check LAWSON’s wikipedia page to check it out too). The store was right in front of the immigration office (link to Google’s StreetView). Until now the most original convenience store I had seen in Japan was the LAWSON close to Sakurajima port (link to Google’s StreetView), near the volcano with the same name in Kagoshima Prefecture. That LAWSON is said to be colored in brown to match the volcanic environment… weird… And do you want to knows something else weird too? Lawson was originated in Ohio (US), but it exists only as a Japanese company, that’s probably how Yahoo will end as well.

Valencia and Sevilla, the only 2 teams that might be able to put some spice to an only Barcleona-Real Madrid season, did their jobs. Sevilla has finished his worst month in ages, lost spanish Supercup agains Barcelona (aggregate of 4-1 for Barcelona) and lost the play-off to enter this season’s UEFA Champions League, which besides the dishonour, means also a big economical loss for the club. Valencia offered a nice game to keep up with the expectations, which clearly have lowered since the club’s economical situation made the managers sell 2 superstars and Worldcup winners, David Villa (to Barcleona) and Savid Silva (to Manchester City).

The best for the last. Mourinho’s Real Madrid debut against Mallorca ended with a 0-0 draw. Of course, Mallorca’s goalkeeper made a few lucky tricks, but the thing is that for the moment Mou is not giving much happiness away to its supporters. And Real Madrid is a pretty hot spot …

Whatever, the big thing wasn’t the concert at all, it was the I got to be in the video footage they displayed to report the event on Japanese TV!! Fuji TV to be more specific. Well, me and Yoshizaki (standing to my right). As you can see in the picture we were surrounded basically by females, but you could find also weird guys (just like ourselves).

Here are also some videos somebody was lucky enough to record, because, since I was seating in the first row (I could’ve I literally shacked hands, or else, with any of the girls), I had a guy right in front of me to check that nobody was holding a camera during the concert…

I didn’t notice before, but check out at the end of this video, you can clearly hear a guy screaming “SUBARASHIII!!!!” really excited. Just FYI.

Overall it was pretty short.

Truth to be told, songs are not bad, and besides their voices, they appear to have other talents too. Here are 2 of the songs I expect to see.

Whatever! So I start calling yesterday morning to ask about what is their service time, if I need to go or not, if I can do it by fax/email, or else, but nobody answers the phone. More specifically, I call and choose to be attended in Spanish (you can choose also Japanese and English) and nobody answers.

That was all day yesterday and also this morning until around 2pm when I tried a new approach. What if I try choosing to be attended in Japanese? And voila! First try, and they answer me, I excuse my shity Japanese, and punch her in her face (virtually) about the fact that I had to choose Japanese because nobody was answering in Spanish (although it probably wasn’t her fault). And finally I got what I wanted, that is, to know that I can update my address data by email (we’ll talk about security another day).
